Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked

• A licence bought once: a full refund within 30 days of buying.
• A yearly licence: a full refund within 30 days of the first payment, and of each yearly renewal.
• Renewed updates: a full refund within 30 days of the renewal.

When a purchase is refunded, its licence ends: new exports carry the “Made with Cactorial” mark again. Your projects and the videos you exported stay as they are.

How to ask

Paddle, our reseller, handles refunds. Find your order at paddle.net with the email you paid with, or write to us at info@lindencode.com and we'll arrange it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within a few days.

After 30 days

After 30 days we don't normally refund, but if something went wrong, write to us; we look at every case. Cancelling a yearly licence stops the next renewal; the licence stays active until the end of the paid year. This policy doesn't limit any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
